Hugo is the result of our first breeding to the ATA-approved Arabian stallion Aul Magic. And what a great result it was! We've since repeated the cross hoping for that illusive filly. While we are still waiting for our last foal from this match (due April/May 2007), we have had tremendous success with Hugo's full brother Horatio.

Purchased by Terry Yates as a foal, Hugo has grown into a talented gelding with a promising dressage career. At his first recognized dressage show in November, 2007, Hugo and his trainer/rider Cyndi Jackson placed first in all three of his classes. Along with blue ribbons, the pair earned 66.818% in Training Test 1, 63.077% in Training Test 2 and 61.538% in Training Test of Choice. Congratulations to Terry, Cyndi and Hugo and a job well done. We are looking forward to seeing more of this successful team in the future!
